1) What can you tell us about your ethnic background? Are we wrong in thinking that you can speak different languages?
Well there’s a lot to say about my ethnic background. In fact, I have blood from Vietnam, Guadeloupe and France, it’s quite an unusual mix that’s probably why I have an unusual look. I’m only bilingual French/English but I used to speak Vietnamese when I was younger but it did fade away with the lack of practice. It’s a language I’d like to learn and speak fluently one day as I’m planning in going to Vietnam to get close to my roots.
2) So what eventually decided you in becoming interested in all things fetish and even become a model?
I became a model at a very early age, something like 3 years old I think, did some hairdressing shots for my local hairdresser as I used to have one of those typical Asian hairdo with the long fringe, funny enough I still have the fringe and still modeling. For the fetish part… it happened when I was living in England, I was most of the time posing for Glamour style shots and some erotic too and I wanted to do something a little more esthetic, more fashion, more sexy, more fierce, the fact that I love to dress up rather than getting undressed made sense in trying out wearing latex and corsets… I decided then that this will be my way of modeling, of living and being! Latex rules…
3) So in your view, what’s the best quality that a photographer should have?
Being good with lighting... that’s it ! :) If he has this quality normally the result will be also quality! For me anyway it’s essential.
4) Do you design some of your clothes yourself? Or do you have any say with regular designers that you work with?
It all depends really. I don’t design anything myself but I have my say most of the time on the outfits I wear on shoots, sometimes I have outfits created for a particular shooting depending on the theme, ideas etc… and sometimes I just wear what the designers brings to the shooting or what they’re shipping over. I do love having unusual pieces and accessories, so it happens that I order a custom made piece for a special shooting.
5) You have worked with other Sirens in the past, like Nikla Black and Sinteque. What is your degree of comfort with sharing the spotlight with other super-models?
Yes indeed I have worked with Nikla Black and Sinteque and I’ve got to say it was brilliant… well to be honest I love sharing the spotlight like you said with other super-models, it’s fun, it’s creative and also it’s really human to share what we love to do with others… I’m very comfortable in working with other girls, I think it’s also the reason those shoots can happen, I’m pretty easy going and chilled out while working so hopefully it was a great experience for them too!
6) When you’re involved in doing performance work for fetish events, do you always have the chance to create your own show and enjoy creative control?
Not always unfortunately, often I have boundaries and limits on what I can do because there’s already plans and schedules set up or there’s other girls also taking part so I have to follow and respect what has been arranged prior to the show/event. In the few months I’ll be able to create my own and do what I really want to do, passionate about dance but next year I think I’ll have something great to share with you all. Can’t say more for the time being but you will all know in time and place.
7) So you have 5 tattoos and 16 piercings; do you thing that you’ll want to express more on yourself in the future?
Well in fact I have more than that now :) I’ve got my right sleeve done in October too… I think I will have the other one done soon and then I might call it a day… I said “I might”!
8) Is there a thin line between KittyMeoww the model and her private life? Of course by this, we really want to know if you “play” a lot in your intimate time?
Wink Hehehe a bit curious aren’t you ? Indeed there’s a thin line, I am a lot like KittyMeoww in my every day life apart from wearing latex and extreme heels, I love going out in fetish parties with my boyfriend and have a good time, I’m probably really Kitty like in my day to day life… I’m not gonna mentioned anything about my intimate life… let's say that I like to be creative too in that domain and I’m certainly really feline when it comes to it! “wink”
9) Considering your impressive list of credits, what do you consider you still have to achieve as a model? Can you picture yourself still doing this for five or ten years down the line?
I have a wish-list and I’d like to get to work with all the names on it, hopefully! As a model I would not like to be forgotten… it’s just awesome to see my work appreciated by others and I’d like this to stay that way, would be great to show my children one day what I’ve achieved and how. I think I’ll be modeling again in five years and most certainly in 10! Considering myself fairly lucky with my looks, thanks to my Asian blood and looking much younger than I am, this will help me to carry on for a while… I will continue to show you some amazing pictures with the most talented photographers… some surprises yet to come!
10) Do you carefully select the photographers you want to work with? As there been disappointments with well-known ones and delights with lesser-known names?
Yes I intend to select carefully and try to filter the ones I think that would be “trouble”. I have been disappointed with some known photographers and then totally delighted with some almost unknown ones… can’t give names though!
11) In our never-ending study of human behavior, we’ll sneak you in this popular question: why is latex is so empowering to wear for fetish models?
Oh well I was waiting patiently for that one. :D To be honest for me it’s mainly of the look first and not the feel of it… on photos it looks just amazing, the shine to it gives this effect of smooth and perfectly close to the skin and body, goes nicely around body shapes and it does look a bit like liquorish and smell like sweet… Yummy!
12) Have you ever been to Canada? Do you know that we’re (im)patiently waiting for you?
No I haven’t yet been to Canada… is this an invitation ? That’s really kind of you because I’m patiently waiting for somebody as kind as you to invite me around hehe… Well I’m gonna try to make it there sometimes, somehow… there’s the Montreal Fetish Weekend event and I think I’d like it would be lovely to have me around :) Thank you for having me on Fetish Cult Sirens …Meoww meoww x x x
