1) Can you share with us a bit about your background and any info about your ethnic heritage?
I was born and raised in Grenada where my Mother is also a native. My Father is Indian. I grew up rurally growing my own food, and raising animals. Hiking, going to the beach and fending off chicken stealing weasels were a daily staple in my life. I spent my childhood traveling extensively before relocating to Canada as a teen.
2) From where your interest in all things fetish came about?
It started with my sexual awakening at 14 when I first became interested in sex. I realized that my interests were not the same as most people. Basic intercourse did not excite me. i fantasized about being tied up and sought out men who looked like they could over power me. It was no particular image or notion that put this desire in my head. As I got older my need to be Dominated grew into an obsession. I read all I could about living in servitude and decided this was what I wanted for my life.
3) What do you appreciate more about bondage? Would you desire to experiment more for photo work (like shibari, for example)?
I appreciate the freedom I experience while in bondage most of all. It may sound strange but when I’m bound it is then that I truly feel free. I’m free from the daily worries of business, family and material progress. Being bound is the quickest way for me to enter subspace, where I can relish in the trust I have in my partner. I’m comforted with the knowledge that I can trust someone else to the extent of being bound by them. To me, this is the deepest Trust of all, and a most beautiful thing that brings me such peace.
Speaking of shibari, it is a dream of mine to do an elaborate shibari shoot. I’ve touched on the form in some of my past photography, but my desire is to do much more intricate designs. I’m in love with the tight binding and the look of very thin rope. For more bondage shoots I’d like to do a series with spreader bars and some more European styles of bondage like hogties. I’m also looking forward to more adventurous suspension.
4) Since you have such a splendid figure, tell us that you spend many hours daily at your local gym… or are you the type to stuff your face with anything and never gain an once?
Lol Lol… I am blessed with a fast metabolism, I’m a vegetarian, and eat healthy for the most part, but I can be found eating very large quantities of food at any time of the day. I’m a dancer (ballet, jazz, African) and teaching dance classes keeps me in shape. I do workout as well. I love lifting weights and I enjoy working on my physical strength and endurance.
5) Do you attend fetish parties/events? Is this something that holds any interest to you?
I don’t attend these types of events as much as I would like. I’ve been to the Toronto Sex Show every year, and a couple of events at Club Wicked on Queen. These events are of interests to me and I’m hoping to have more free time to attend them in the near future. I like the opportunity to mingle with like minded people face to face in a kink friendly environment, plus I’ve got a couple of outfits that I’d like to show off.
6) In your view, what would you say is the biggest misconception that the general public still believes in towards the BDSM/fetish scene?
I think the biggest misconception is that BDSM is synonymous with Domestic Abuse and harmful violence. When people in the general public learn that I enjoy being a submissive they automatically assume that I’m the victim of abuse, that I encourage violence against women and the men I share these interests with are predators.
7) What would you say is your main weakness towards clothing & accessories? Are you a shoe person or corset fanatic or…?
I have a love affair with shoes, but my weaknesses are two: mini skirts and bikinis. I can’t pass a cute one of either in a store and not buy it. Even in the dead of winter.
8) Is there a thin line between your FetLife personality and your own private life? Do you have to “hide” certain things from friends/family?
Everyone who knows me knows my views on Traditional Male/female relationships with the Man as the Head of the Union. I keep my personal life such as my photographs and my kink private from work as I work with children and I also run a few businesses where my colleagues cannot see my submissive self. Everyone else knows that I’ve got something to do with BDSM, exactly what is told on a need to know basis. My general personality is always the same.
9) You seem to be chummy with another Siren, the incomparable Miss Tamiyah… do you get more attention from girls than guys on FetLife?
I absolutely adore her! She is amazingly beautiful. Though I get quite a lot of love from the ladies, the Men show me pay me more attention.
10) Is there still something that you haven’t experienced yet in the fetish/BDSM scene that remains a dream project for you?
I have an outdoor abduction and rape fantasy that I’d like to experience and photograph. I’d also like to build a survival box/room sized so I can stand upright in, and equipped so I could be held hostage for days at a time.
11) What are your favorite things to do when it’s simply time to relax?
I love the outdoors, I relax best to the sound of live running water. So I take a lot of hikes when its time to relax. I enjoy a good book, while listening to music. I have a few pets (2 Dogs, 1 Cat, 2 Iguanas, Turtle and Fish) and I like to relax while petting either of them or just watching them do their thing.
