1) Can you share with us a bit about your background?
hmm... well I believe I escaped from an alternate dimension which mainly consists of hentai characters... but it's also possible I'm from Jersey and moved to Texas a few years ago :P
2) When did you realize that you were attracted to alternative themes?
I never really thought about it... I guess at an early age I learned to appreciate art and beauty in all forms... mainstream, alternative, sometimes what others may consider ugly... it's all in your perception.
3) Admiring your photo work, it’s very easy to appreciate your versatility in portraying different styles (fetish, pinup, alt, etc). What kind of inner preparation do you need for jumping from one kind of character to the next?
I love that I get to be so many differant peoples canvases and I try to just figure out as much as I can about who I'm portraying, what emotion, what the story is. I try to just... .be that. I'm not sure if that makes much sense but I literally just try to become whatever creation the photographer wants to capture.
4) You have quite a lot of tattoos, scars and piercings… will this always be a “work in progress”?
My body modifications are parts of my life... as my life keeps going, I will keep adding on... and I have some big plans lol.
5) Interestingly, we noticed that you have curves a lot like Bettie Page… so do you have any models that inspire you, from the past and current times?
That's actually an incredible honor! I love Bettie, I think she's an inspiration for alternative girls everywhere. As for more models... to be honest? I cant even begin to name them all. There's so many incredible women and men as well whose work is such an inspiration to me... anyone who lets themselves be truly themselves and doesn't conform, anyone who pushes to truly create art. I look up to them and admire them and there's so many people like that.
6) What kind of performances do you do for fetish events? And are you really a go go dancer?
I've done fireplay, electrical play, piercing play, force feeding, sploshing, suspension.... quite a bit actually now thinking about it! and yes I am a gogo dancer. I don't travel as much anymore for it since I'm trying to concentrate on this modeling thing, but I still do it.
7) So… how is the fetish scene in Houston, Texas?

8) Is there comic book or manga character that you would like to portray?
OMG so many... I'm a total nerd I've been Harley Quinn which I've been compared to many times and I loved it but I would LOVE to do more cosplay. I have a few sets in the works but I'll have to keep them a secret till theyre done... mwahaha!
9) Of course, there will be this inevitable question: what decided you to adopt your intriguing model name?
lol to be honest? it just fit... I never really thought about it... sort of came to me. It's sad that I've had a few people think I made up the word "hypoxia" though...
10) What would you say is the biggest misconception from the public eye towards alternative models?
That it's the tattoos, piercings, hair color, etc. that make us alternative. I can think of quite a few models in the alternative scene that have bodies free of all of those. I think people need to concentrate more on being themselves, your outsides dont define who you are.
11) What are your plans concerning a future website? The world is waiting…
lol I would love to get a website up. However it's still in the works. I have a goal on one of the sites i model for, when I reach a certain amount of fans... I'll get serious about a website =^.^=
12) Do you get to travel a lot? How about visiting us in Canada?
I love traveling... so far my favorite place is the UK! and I've been to Canada, tho quite a while ago! However I was lucky to work with an amazing model and photographer from there not too long ago... and after meeting her, I think I may need to take a trip out there soon! So you never know!
