1) Can you share with us a bit about your background or any info about your ethnic heritage?
I was born in Montreal, Canada to Haitian parents. I speak fluent French and mastered the English language watching CBS and PBS growing up.
2) Is there a specific event that made you join the fetish/BDSM community? Were you progressively drawn in or was it an instant revelation?
Coming into Fetish was definitely a gradual process. I was introduced to it by Domina Spirit Jones. I learned a lot from her and did a lot of research on my own. Spent a year traveling the country going from Con to Con taking classes and meeting people. Then I met my business partner and webmaster who made me an offer I could not refuse and the rest is history.
3) Many claim that to be a top Domina, you must have been on the other side of the fence and have gone through sessions as a submissive; what are your views on that?
When it comes to that I say to each her own. And that is just not my own. I could never bottom out to anyone for any reason. I have never done it and I am a hell of a Dominatrix and a damn popular one at that if I may toot my own horn. In all aspects of life we all learn differently some things work for some which may not work at all for others. And bottoming out just was not an option for me... Never will be. I am a naturally dominant woman I have no need to be broken to be rebuilt as a Domme. That is what being a submissive first does: breaks you and rebuilds you. If you are a natural such as myself that is not at all necessary.
4) Your first item on your list of pleasures from your website is CBT/Ballbusting, with a big Oh yesss!!! just besides it as a comment… why is this so and what are your very very very favorite BDSM activities?
I cannot explain the amount of pleasure I get from CBT, it is absolutely exhilarating and a pure pleasure. You start gently and build up from there and that alone puts me in a trance. I also take great pleasure in administering floggings and spankings. Very very erotic.
5) Your offer scissors sessions now… is this a new concept of yours and what goes one during such an activity?
My business partner and the young man I scissor in my videos introduced me to scissoring. It took me about two years of shooting and learning it before I decided to incorporate it in my sessions. It's simple and loads of fun I love to watch a boy's head turn bright red as I slowly squeeze him between my thighs. Now scissor sessions are not available for everyone, only second time sessions because they can turn pretty ugly, especially in a hotel room which is where I work when I travel. So I am extremely selective when it comes to choosing scissor session partners.
6) You’re mainly based in Atlanta, Georgia. Would you say that there’s a big fetish scene in your town? Do you attend fetish events yourself?
Atlanta is a great town but in my opinion the fetish scene there is pretty small because everyone know everyone there. If a name comes up during casual conversation most likely everyone knows that person. I used to attend 3 or 4 events a month including several live performances I have been honored to be a part of, but because I travel so much now when I am in Atlanta I do not leave the house much.
7) Besides others, you have worked with Mistress Treasure… who would you say are your best girlfriends in the business?
I simply adore Mistress Treasure, however we are on two separate coasts and we always narrowly miss each other when we are on tour, we occasionally meet for breakfast when we can in different cities and we try to shoot whenever possible our chemistry on film is amazing and the fans love it!
I love Mistress Adrianna Santos there is no other Domme that parties like her. But I consistently keep in touch with Domina Spirit Jones and Lady Jayden Payne. Lady Jayden I brought on and she is a natural but I still mentor her on all aspects of the business.
8) When it’s time for photo work, is there something specific that you look for before agreeing to pose for a photographer?
When I first started, and this is something a recommend with all newbies in this economy, shoot with anyone that can point the camera in your direction, there is a great chance they will get at least one or two shots you can use. But now that I am rocking things I no longer do that. I get emails from people daily wanting to shoot me but if you can't back up your words with a decent portfolio of similar shoots that tends to deter me a bit. I also look at the equipment; what kind of camera they are using and the lighting. Since I am familiar with all the top brands and model numbers of serious equipment I can tell if this is just a hobby or if this person is a serious photographer. I have no problem with this just being a hobby for someone but it affects my attitude during the shoot. A hobbyist I can play around but a serious photographer I totally value and respect their time.
9) Do you have future plans concerning your Clips4Sale stores? Do you always come up with the concepts yourself?
I have future plans when it comes to everything! I can never stop, when the industry moves I move with it. It just so happens that at this moment it is Clips4Sale. I have to admit that I do love that site. I currently have 3 stores on Clips4Sale (see links above left) and as much as i would love to take all the credit for the concepts that is not the case. I can say that I come up with the majority of the ideas and the rest come from my business partner, the fans, and even the people I shoot with.
10) In your view, what’s the worst behavioral trait that a domme can have?
A Domina that refuses to grow.
11) Do you actually find time to relax? What are your favorite things to do when you’re not on any assignments?
Finding time to relax has been a toughie this year as I spent most of my time on the road all over the world taking sessions and meeting fans. But whenever I am at home is my relax time. I have a movie theater I can walk to, I absolutely LOVE action movies they totally detach me from work. I also find relaxation in editing. I absolutely love experimenting with different editing programs for my content and vanilla content as well.
12) You’re quite a frequent traveler, aren't you? Any chance of meeting you in our hometown of Montreal in 2011? :D
Yes and YES! I am dying to come back to Montreal it has been so many years since I have been back there. I was supposed to be there for the Fetish Weekend this year but a scheduling conflict came up. But I have plans to attend in 2011. I hear it is quite a party. I still have direct family there which I miss dearly so Montreal will definitely see me soon!
